How do you manage your trip plan?

What was your first concern when you went foreign country. According to my experience, to go around famed tour spot you need some information of public transportation like time schedule and the feature of each vehicle. You can rent car but it is usually higher than using public transportation especially when you are student not having enough budget. I post some useful website for traffic.
